Clause 7.1 states: If Teck Cominco delivers notice prior to Salazar fully exercising the Option, that Teck Cominco wishes to exercise the Back-In Right, Salazar will be deemed to have acquired the Direct Holding and Indirect Holding.

It is the Back-In right that triggers ownership, not the Feasibility. The Feasibility forces a decision on the Back-In right.

Although I think there has been a consistent message that we need the Feasibility before Teck will make a decision. . . for whatever that is worth at this juncture.
