Like you, I would settle for $3 but would like the surprise to the upside

One thing bothers me a bit about Ernestos total control on sellout price

He can set any price that works for him

And he really has no choice but to fund us through BFS

Ernesto is pretty limited in how he can monetize his shares though

He must rely on a buyout, or similar control changing transaction to unlock the value of those shares he acquired for pennies

We can only hope that there really are going to be several offers for our interest

Don't know his average price, but assuming its around .25, he may not look askance at a quick transaction that takes a mountain of shares off his hands that nets him a 10 bagger......

Frankly this is the only possible negative scenario that comes to mind, but, just sayin....
