So when do they plan on letting the general market know..and what will they announce with that NR.

My first inclination is to believe that they are not done buying adjacent properties so they don't want to publicize their buying spree.

If they are otherwise finished adding additional properties then my second incliation is to believe something major is going on behind the scenes. For them to hold back the announcement of a material development ( major land acquisitions ) means that something much more material is currently in development. The long-standing insider trading black-out also supports this inclination imo.
