generaledger, sorry but there will not be a vote put out to CUU shareholders for any matter whatsoever unless Ernesto no longer holds a majority. It's just an irrefutable fact of corporate law that if a single person holds the majority of shares, his sole vote is the only one that matters. "50% plus one" carries every vote every single time so it is not neccesary to summon proxies.

Ernesto alone will decide on the fate of Copper Fox. I trust that he will make good decisions for his own wealth maximization and hence ours too.
