BFS

I have a couple questions regarding the release of the BFS.I believe but i won't swear by it that I have seen posts in the past alluding that we as retail investors may never be privy to the contents of the BFS should Teck decide to completely take us out.

I did email Jason last week but have not received a reply in regard to the release of the BFS so i will pose my questions to the board for some insight.

1. Will it be released immediately to all shareholders when it is completed and presented to management by the firm doing the study.

2.Does Teck Corporation have the right to view the study findings before retail investors.

3.Does Teck have the right to withhold the findings of the study to retail investors should they decide to exercise their 20% 40% or 75% back-in options

4.Is there any documentation in the agreement that would allow Teck Corporation to withhold the results of the BFS.
