Then I'll ask you this. Why does David buy each time she sells....?

She owned 86k, He owns 12.6 million

I admit I don't understand the significance of one owning vs the other. She or He... they're both the same insider'ish couple.

If David bought what Joanne was selling... is that TWO insider transactions? David is Insider Buying and Joanne is Insider Selling?
