A lot of talk about black-out .Was there actual confirmation or is this hot air?

I don't think that confirmation can be had. The funny thing about black-outs is that they can't confirm that they are currently in a black-out. To do so would in itself tip-off that something material is occuring & about to be released. I'm not a corporate lawyer so JMHO.
