the talk was to bring in people fom other places to help with mine construction, in Canada. Their are many mines that are going to be comming on line in the next decade. The issue was trying to get them here. I was saying that we have many skilled workers in North America and didn`t think that getting workers from all points unknown would play as a problem.

We have many workers in North America, ...skilled and general labourers that can get these future mines up and running.
