Anyone else think Teck asked for an extension on the 90-day right of first refusal for the other 50% of Galore Creek so that they can make a decision about Shaft Creek?

I find it very interesting that they outright declared that they have not waived their right of first refusal on Galore when clearly the 90 days has expired (if indeed the clock did start on Nov 16th?)!

Other opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
