Just a clarification. Any Teck take-over would have to be a friendly one because Teck's share structure (tck.a, tck.b) makes a hostile take over unlikely. All the same if Teck will entertain offers (everyone's got their price...lol), Teck may at one point want to do the "puffer-fish" thing by grabbing SC and increasing Teck's value. Hmmm, If I receive Teck shares on buy-out I may well keep those for a while, hehe...get yet another big premium buy-out.
