The management does look very confident with the project. Hector mentioned this is one of the lifetime things where you have to bet into it.

I notice that CUU had their management there, a very simple information board, and papers to hand out. Whereas other companies have cute girls in dresses and lights and trying to attract your attention. CUU was pure business there.
