Our base value is over my last estimate of $7.87. Our share is worth about 7 billion or 11.73 and that does not include silver or anything else. No rhenium no Mess Creek none of the land outside the contract no ?x expenses no prepaid expenses like the port etc. This is just based of the last RE.

The factors we must consider are tonnage per day, markets, the Teck deal etc. Bottom line, if we mine it then that's what we are worth.
