Well I salivated about getting free PDP shares as cll share holder, before and when u mentioned it I asked DG and he said,it is unlikely cus of task implications, I do not know what he meant.

But curious, if that would happen, how would it work,there are 400m cll shares and 100m pdp shares. Would for every 4 cll one get 1 pdp shar?, but cll only has 26m pdp shares?

you mentioned that if merger is going to happen then there will be 100m more shares?

But I thought that if merger happens, new shares are issued reflecting the new value of the new company and therefore is no dilution to either companies. correct me if am wrong
