Casey's International Speculator november issue still rates CPN as a BEST BUY. Despite the share structure, I finally bought.

RECOMMENDATION UPDATE

Comments: BEST BUY—CPN unchanged. Louis James is on his way to Brazil later this month to see the RDM gold mine CPN is building there. The market doesn't care, but things seem to be settling down in Romania as well, though CPN never had any trouble there and continues advancing its world-class Rovina Valley Project there.

Meanwhile, the shares are still on sale, and gold production is not that far off. We'd buy if we were not long already.
