CANCANA ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF ZEEKA COMMUNICATIONS
Cancana Resources Corp. has engaged Zeeka Communications Inc. as an investor relations consultant. Zeeka will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and investor communications plan to help raise awareness of the company.
Zeeka is a Vancouver-based marketing and communication firm that will introduce Cancana to its investor network and national brokerage firms, provide shareholder and investor communication services, and arrange media, advertising and other public relations programs.
"We are very excited about working with Cancana, and look forward to the opportunity to introduce our network of investors to a company that is uniquely positioned to grow. Cancana's existing strong pipeline of manganese-bearing properties and operational opportunities in Rondonia, Brazil, will be an extremely interesting and rewarding story to tell. This is further backed up with diamond and gold production assets that will enhance the overall company opportunity," said Terry Bramhall, president of Zeeka.
Zeeka will receive $5,000 per month plus HST for a 12-month contract period and 150,000 stock options, pursuant to the company's stock option plan, at an exercise price of 78 cents. The options will vest quarterly over a 12-month period in accordance with the company's stock option plan and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
