Thanks for your comments and compliments of the season to you. Back in the UK after months travelling in Egypt and India. There has got to be some perks in retirement. When in the country I keep checking the boards but have little to add to the discussion other than my frustration and disappointment. Waiting for the drill to turn was agonising a nail biter.
Waiting till last thing Friday to make an announcement gives people the opportunity to reflect. Personally I would have preferred an earlier announcement so that the market could have shown its enthusiasm on Friday, which would have been built on, on Monday.
I don't expect any great moves until the results of the drilling are known. Any information on flares or oil tankers moving in or out of the area would change this.
Eventual success with CQV would secure my travel plans for the next 10 years so like you and all other investors I'm hoping for the best.
