Thats right Chilbear. Great line although there were a few of them in that nr leaving no doubt our money is parked in the right play. IT took a while but I firmly believe the wait will be worth it.

Just like building a house. Bruce has constructed a great foundation with all of the analysis etc.

So you were one of those fortunates who visited the property? Very cool.
