From the 5th of March 2014 :

"In the short term, the company will likely require additional equity financing and seek to widen its shareholder base with a view to longer term farm-out transactions to enhance shareholder value".

To as of the 29th of April 2014 :

"In the short term, the company will likely require additional financing and seek to widen its shareholder bas, BUT still with a view to negociating farm-out transactions as the PRIMARY way to enhance shareholder value".

CGX's book value is around 75cents per share..
