basic business 101, when a company is not managed or has poor leadership then out goes the ceo and a new one gets a shot - results are necessary !

the board need to meet and fire this guy and lets get someone who will manage on behalf of the shareholders. and he gets no compensation because he has failed - the pps is proof of that.
