Glad to see a PR. At least they haven't completely forgotten about us shareholders. Certainly any transfer agent is better than the previous one. And any change in the previous agreement w/ the Nicaraguan company has to be an improvement; the old agreement was awful. But we have to wait for the filings before we can see the details. Even then, a "letter of intent" is not the same as a contract. So we are still waiting for substantive news.
