Thanks for the comments.

The story here gets more twisted as time goes by. How can any investor know what is the truth regarding the size of the resource? Even your comments leave it open to conjecture.

Your guess at the outcomes seems to be:

!) a retraction;

2) a small fine; or

3) delisting

None of these seem to bode well for the company.

Someone with a better understanding of the situation is welcome to shed light on the BGM story. I am interested but cautious.

I am feeding too many losing horses to want to add another to my stable.
