I tend to think that Augen Capital (David Mason) is the white hat in this shootout and recall seeing somewhere that Capital was prepared to do the conversion at 15 cents which is the low point of the special committee range.

As to use of flow-through money it does appear that some amount of eligible exploration has been going on but the board room fighting tends to make one lose sight of the real purpose of the company.
