Markets never respond favorable to a financing because of share dilution (unless you are one of those that is a candidate for a share consolidation anyway). I don't know how closely you monitor intra day metal prices but there is strong correlation between miner prices and intra day metal price activity too. In spite of the down stock price yesterday, it's price is up Friday in Canada and slightly down in USA early morning. Enjoy your weekend. Ron
