Seems at first glance that just the shares in RGX and CHM are worth about $13 million and current market cap at about 8 million. Are the CHM shares escrowed like the RGX shares(i think)? It may work out to their advantage having had RGX in escrow if RGX continues to release positive updates up to Oct. Wasn't RGX voting to release the shares from escrow? Didn't hear any updates on this.
