We believe Alexis Minerals has all these necessary ingredients to find large deposits of both gold and base metals in one of the most favourable jurisdictions for developing mines in the world. The province of Quebec is rated the #1 location in the world for mining by the Fraser Institute.
The Abitibi District of Quebec is one of the two gold “hot spots” in North America (the other being Nevada-Western Utah), and historically the 3rd richest gold producing region in the world. This region has been the birth place of many current and past major Canadian mining and exploration companies. The majority of the world’s recent discoveries have been made in these regions.
Alexis has already discovered modest gold and copper deposits and it is focusing on the potential for combined gold production of 80,000-90,000 oz. per year from its 100% owned Lac Herbin and Lac Pelletier deposits by 2009. Extensive exploration is a regular activity, with 70,000-80,000 metres of drilling planned for 2008.

& DirectorsMr. David M. Rigg, P.Geo.
President & CEODavid has 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including work on exploration and mine development programs in Ontario and Quebec. He has worked for Agnico Eagle Mines in Val d'Or, Quebec in various capacities including Exploration Manager Agnico Eagle Mines and has gained international experience in Africa and Sweden. He contributed to the discovery of the Musselwhite Mine and was a member of the Laronde Mine discovery team awarded Prospector of the Year award by the QPA in 1995. Mr. Rigg obtained a B.A. and M.A. from King's College, Cambridge University, England in 1978 and an M.Sc. at Queens University in 1980.
Ms. Deborah Battiston
Chief Financial OfficerDeborah Battiston is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience. At present, she is the Chief Financial Officer of a number of Canadian public companies in the mining sector. She has broad international experience having dealt with companies in over fourteen countries and having lived in Japan for several years. She has obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Guelph.
Keith Boyle P.Eng
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating OfficerKeith is a Professional Engineer with over 22 years experience in the mining industry with a number of major mining companies such as Sherritt International, Dynatec Corporation, Inco Ltd, Placer Dome, Aur Resources and Cominco. He has domestic experience in the Northwest Territories, Quebec and Ontario and international experience in Papua New Guinea, Australia and Madagascar. Keith has experience with building and operating narrow vein and bulk underground mines as well as open pit mines with a strong focus on efficiency and cost control. He lead the implementation of industry leading health, safety and environmental management systems and was recognized by the City of Timmins for the implementation of a citizens consultation group. Keith was also recognized by the mining industry with a second J.T. Ryan trophy for the Stobie Mine being the safest mine in Ontario. Keith obtained a BSc. Mining Engineering and MBA from the University of Alberta in 1984 and 1985 respectively.
Patrick Gleeson
Corporate SecretaryPatrick Gleeson is the Corporate Secretary of Alexis Minerals. Prior to joining Alexis, he was a lawyer at a major Canadian law firm, with a focus on securities law, particularly mergers and acquisitions. He holds a J.D. and a M.A. from the University of Toronto, and obtained a B.A. from Queen’s University.

Gerald P. MacCarvill has more than 20 years experience in the financial sector holding senior positions with major investment firms including as a member of the executive committee of Wood Gundy. Most recently, Mr. McCarvill was CEO of McCarvill Corporation, a diversified financial services company and previously was CEO of Repadre Capital Corporation, a mining royalty company.

P. Eng., Exploration Manager.Mr. Girard has been involved in Quebec Exploration for more than 30 years and brings to Alexis a wealth of exploration and development experience. Jean was most recently the V.P of Exploration for Campbell Resources Inc.

Stan Bharti - Chairman
Stan is a Principal with Forbes & Manhattan, Inc., a merchant bank located in Toronto, Ontario, that has directly or indirectly raised over $100 million in the last year. Mr. Bharti and Forbes & Manhattan are recognized for their expertise in mining and specifically in financing advanced mining exploration through to production. Mr. Bharti is a mining engineer and has worked at several mines in Quebec, including some of the mines within the Noranda/Falconbridge camp.
Robert Bryce, P.Eng.- Director
Robert is a mining engineer with over 43 years experience in the mining industry. He has been involved in all aspects of operations and management at various mines from Vice President of Mining Operations at Aur Resources Inc. to his current position as Chairman and President of XEMAC Resources Inc. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CIM).

Maurice J. Colson - Director
Maurice has been associated with investment banking for over 30 years, mainly in the oil and gas industry. He was Managing Director for a major Canadian Investment Dealer in Europe and was Vice-President of First Marathon Securities Ltd., where he was one of the original partners and shareholders.
Jean Depatie - Director
Mr. Depatie has over 35 years of national and international experience in economic geology. He has worked in over 15 countries and acted as a consultant for organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Commonwealth Secrateriat, the Asian Development Bank, Banco Interamericano, the Canadian International Development Agency and Quebec's Ministry of Natural Resources. Since 1981 he has been working as president and/or vice president of mining companies. He sits on the board of directors of several mining companies including Novicourt Inc. (Noranda Group) and Glamis Gold. He is currently president of Decamine Inc, of Montreal, geoscience consultants.

Tony Wonnacott - Director
Tony is a corporate securities lawyer who has been called to the Ontario Bar, completed the Canadian Securities Course, obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (cum laude) and a Bachelor of Laws. In addition, he is an officer of several publicly traded companies. Previously, he was an associate in the corporate finance department at McMillan Binch LLP.
