In spite of the 0.70 $ deal, the share price is pushing upwards. Can we expect additional news or not.

On thing to say, gold is booming and AGG should be doing even better.

Any in the know, but my understanding that building plants in places like Africa and other places, cost significantly less than in North America and Europe. This should benefit ARR in getting a mine up and running.
