Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (“HHVC” | NASDAQ: TINY) is offering accredited investors the opportunity to purchase a class of interests in H&H Co-Investment Partners, LLC (“H&H”) that will invest 100% of its capital in equity securities issued by D-Wave Systems, Inc. (“D-Wave”), a portfolio company of HHVC.
H&H is raising up to $15 million in H&H Co-Investment Partners, LLC D-Wave Systems Co-Investment Series J (the “Series”), which is currently offering Class J-1 Interests to accredited investors who are shareholders of HHVC as of May 2, 2016 and Class J-2 Interests to all other accredited investors.
