on the special dividend i know this is worthless but is this going to be something we have to dump or something we will get like .05 cents for in cash

vois is giving 30 million shares for mtek but mtek has 196 million shares outstanding so this leaves us with nothing?????

or at 50k shares at .15 each we get 7500 shares

any info or just take the tax write off

yes i have that as well and we have to wait 6 months before we can do anything

but what happened to the shares of vois we are or were to get

The number of shares issued to MTEK will be based on an independent valuation to determine the fair market value of the assets purchased. ok I read that some have the dividend in there account for the 1-49

now we are all waiting to see how or what we get for mtek shares , we are down already 82.14%

does anyone know or have a best guess on how this will play 1-1 or will we get anther 1-49 or will they just disolve mtek and hand over the shares to the exc's

i relize that we are all in the same boat but anybodys best guess

and no shares of vois for the 1-49

so i guess this means we go from keeping our mtek and getting the 1-49 dividend

to where we just now get the 1-49 sometime later (still 1-49 or does this change too??????)

oh well 6 to 5 i the pickings and so we move on, guess after all this time it would be nice to have something, anything happen for the good or bad just have something
