Just popped in for the fun of it. Can't believe so many still have hope in this. Write it off, you're screwed, we're screwed, nothing will ever become of this. Remove the stress and walk away. It ain't worth it. Fouchiepoo the proffesional scammer strikes again. I remember the conference call when I asked him how many downloads were bought for Think Tack Toe or whatever it was and he had no idea. Had to check the books. If the CEO doesn't know, who does know? He's a proffesional scammer and we've been scammed because of our naievity. Free your mind and blow this off. Concentrate your efforts on positive things. Far be it for me to give advice but seriously folks, I've felt better for not thinking about this anymore.

Mind Technologies, Inc. Declares Dividend

CARDIFF, Calif., Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors of Mind Technologies, Inc. (MTEK) (the "Company"), has declared a special dividend of 7,000,000 shares of VOIS Inc. to all common shareholders to effect a pro rata spin-off of all of the shares of VOIS Inc. common stock owned by the Company. The record date for the special dividend will be February 1, 2013, and we expect the payment date for the special dividend to be on or about March 1, 2013.

The special dividend rate will be set at the record date, but is expected to be in an amount of 1 share of VOIS Inc. common stock for every 49 shares of the Company's common stock held as of the record date. The Company's stockholders will not receive fractional shares of VOIS Inc. common stock in the distribution. As a result, no stockholder holding fewer than 49 shares of the Company's common stock as of the record date will receive shares of VOIS Inc. common stock.

The special dividend is not a share exchange, and each stockholder receiving VOIS Inc. shares pursuant to this special in-kind dividend will continue to own the shares of MTEK currently held. The VOIS Inc. shares distributed pursuant to the special dividend are not registered, and may not be sold, transferred or assigned unless held for six months in accordance with Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

The Company is still pursuing the up-listing of MTEK to a higher market and will provide updates as material progress is made.

All pinks are scams. This is no different. Fouch has extensive experience in these shells. Do your own homework and trust your instincts. This will end up like they all do. How many of you have ordered their products and used them? I haven't. Anyone ever search the web for a product review? I have and....nothing. I hope everyone here has a job. You'll get no income from this.....Of course, that's just my opinion.
