I know this is an old thread, but didn't see anyone take into account that 1 MNKDW warrant will be equal to 0.6 shares of common stock MNKD when converted. I didn't see any of that factored into the calculations in the replies so I thought I would mention it. Obviously, that make a big difference in your totals when comparing warrants vs stock.
