As far as what I was told and what actually occured are two very different things.

I have no idea what will happen to our shares.

I have no idea when you can or cannot sell them.

I have no clue what the hell is going on, because they talk out two sides of their mouth.

They have a New PR firm handling the business, Jeff quit. He's gone. If you have questions about anything this who I was told to contact.

PS: They Lied to me just as much as any of you. Sorry, I tried to make them do right by us...they don't give a Crap!!

I see that our shares are now RESTRICTED again!! I encourage all of you who have shares that are locked up again to Email the company and Tell them that you will sue their ass if they touch them or dilute them in any way!!!

I've had enough with these guys and their CRAP!!! Also mention the new President of the Company, Terry Driscoll, and Insist that he address shareholders about what the hell does he think he's doing!!!!ASAP!!!!!!

If our shares are NOT realeased to us and allow us to trade them freely before they deterioate to nothing all over again there should be hell to pay!!!!

If they do not satisfy former MTEK and JEDM shareholders, I encourage you to contact the SEC and have these cons sent to prison!! I rather see them go to Jail than have our shares turn to crap all over again!!!!

No..the Dividend Shares we received. MTEK is dead, gone, deceased, dissolved, worthless...over.

The company changed it's name to Mind Solutions Inc. I believe a Ticker Change will occur as well. Former MTEK shareholders will receive 20 times the current shares they hold in the Dividend that was given out. That's our penance for hanging on this long. However I would imagine with our luck the shares will erode to crap before we get the 20 times allotments.

Shareholders of the Former MTEK, JEDM.

It's been a long time since I've been here. Just to give you all an update on what we have going on.

There have been several SEC filings by VOIS that would impact original shareholders of JEDM which subsequently became MTEK which subsequently became VOIS.

My discontent with what I found in these filings as well as other shareholders was...to be candid...infuriating. As a result I contacted our IR department and spoke in length to those involved in the company.

As a result of our conversation, I was appointed "Shareholder Liason" to help calm the waters. I explained what was fair to former shareholders of this company and next week I will be receiving information on a new share structure that will be issued to known shareholders of what was Formerly JEDM, MTEK. I can assure you I went through great detail and lengths to attempt to acquire all of us a fair and tradable structure issued that will allow all of us to return to as close to normal again as possible.
