JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff, Advanced Microscopy Inc. (“AMI”), and Defendant Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (“Thermo Fisher”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of AMI’s claims against Thermo Fisher in this action.
