Pursuant to a special resolution passed by directors on April 11, 2014, UC Resources Ltd. has consolidated its capital 1:10. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening on Friday, June 27, 2014, the common shares of UC Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a mining company.
