.... if at a later date that it may become more apparent that funny business was occuring with the SLI bank account/s, that we may be also able to launch suit/s against the banks? As we know, the banks arwe supposed to report to authorities "any suspicious behavior". If, cheques were cashed for cash quite often during SLI business, this may very well be classed as suspicious behavior and the bank/s should have alerted authorities and have any alerts documented. I believe it may be interesting to know if any alerts or documentation has been filed?

As we see below, TD was seen at fault for their involvement in not reporting suspicious activity. Our situation, if there is any wrong doing discovered that could involve a bank or two, could possibly amount to the hundreds of millions. Food for thought?
