IMO,mm's ,on behalf of Cliffs have "walked the sp down " for one specific purpose and that is to average down the sp . This way an offer,even with a prem., may well disappoint us.
IMO,the steady decline in the sp over the past 7 weeks is not the work only of day traders.
IMO,there is far more to it then this,especially with the fundamentals we have.
Tell me otherwise and show me other stocks that have steadily declined so much in such a period of time ?
IMO,we could face a TO offer of around $1.80. But I am probably totally wrong on this. I have a large position in 3 accounts and sure hope we do much better with Dave at the helm.
Dave needs to be strong and firm in any discussions/negotiations and turnoff any lowball ridiculous offers.
In turn,we shareholders need to be united and not fall prey to any nonsense offers.
