You've taken a strict interpretation of eligible expenses, and also you've ignored the 59,437 spent in earlier quarters.

I'm not trying to fight with you. However, project supervision is an eligible exploration expense. Somebody in an office planned and contracted and documented and interpreted the field services. It doesn't just happen by magic.

The only way I could see that there could have been a breach of contract is if the closing date was closer to the announcement date for the option agreement, i.e. in the fall of 2006. With the closing date we've got....

I wouldn't want to take this "case" to court. It would not succeed.
