You're absolutely correct, the closing date is a critical piece of information, and I can't find it anywhere.

In the Mantis financials on SEDAR, I've found a discrepancy.

The MD&A dated May 27, 2008 lists a total accrued expense of $59,437 as at March 31, 2008.
The MD&A dated August 20, 2008 lists accrued expenses of $115,314 at the opening of the 3 month period ending June 30, 2008. Which is March 31, 2008. The numbers should be the same, but they're not.

What appears to be clear is that total exploration expenses didn't exceed $100,000 until sometime early this summer. So the closing date of the agreement is indeed germane.

I guess we'll have to wait to hear the story from management.
