RL, I'm at a loss to understand this talk of Mantis being in default, also. The term of the option agreement has about a year to run, Mantis just completed financing so they have a lot more cash on hand than is needed to meet the exploration expense threshold, and according to their last MD&A, they've identified four drill targets from this spring's VTEM program, and are planning the ground work that will lead to a formal drill program.

Why would anyone say they're in default?
