CAA appears to be in a good position to be bought out by Hudbay. The lawsuit with Hudbay is getting hot for them.
It looks like Hudbay will open its books for CAA in order to prove or disprove the allegation that Hudbay has been fleecing CAA of royalties. This is a court order.
The only way out as far as some I've communicated with is for Hudbay to by out CAA. It wou;ld be much cheaper for Hudbay to buy out with an offer of 5 bucks a share or so. Of course ther will be a response and they may settle between 5 and 6 IMHO. If Hudbay intends or decides to do this I don't know if CAA would be interested in aquisition.
Who knows though. If anyone can elaborate I'd appreciate it.
