As a former Goldex shareholder, I must correct your facts - Agnico didn't steal Goldex for "peanuts." The deal for Goldex shareholders was great - no one was complaining - it was a great investment.

As for Agnico taking over PRB to avoid paying the NSR, believe me, it's not worth the attorney's fees involved to do it. Sean Boyd has little interest in Probe.
