After reviewing the Agnico-Eagle document on Sedar that res-investor mentioned, I see that the estimated total gold on the Proble claims is very low....7,454 ounces of gold reserves. A 5% net smelter royalty on that would not likely exceed $200,000, all in.
What isn't clear is if there have been any more discoveries on the 10 Probe claims. That's the only way this could amount to very much, unfortunately. The most recent AEM documents on their website list higher numbers than in the 2005 resource estimate, but the deposit was then said to be open to the east and at depth, and Probe is at the western margin of the deposit.
