One of the two were/are also paying royalties.

I don't remember which one, though. I think it is Intel.

Lekrone changed Intelysis, to Intellysis on Intels request, to avaid confusion with their own brand name...to continue business with Intel, is the reason, I'm going with that.

You might call and ask the company.

Maybe send them an e-mail.
