YIKES!

I misread the date of the interview which is indicated on the very first page of the submission. I thought that interview discussion was a rehash of the interview prior to the final rejection. No so. The interview being discussed was April 12, 2011. And that indeed is subsequent to the final rejection of March 24th. I feel a bit foolish missing that very important point.

In any case, now realizing that the interview discussion is post final rejection then this part of that interview discussion becomes very significant.

"Examiner Pokrzywa indicated that he now had a new understanding of the teachings of Uhlenhoff and that he would reconsider the current rejection in view of his new understanding."

Hope everyone is enjoying the Memorial Day weekend and also remembering and honoring those those who died while in military service.
