The CMC which is scheduled for March 18th was requested by TPL.

Can you provide infromation as to whether it is common for either the plaintiff or defendant to make such a request for CMC? Any any other info regarding CMCs that might help us to understand why we might be asking for one.

If you are able to supply any informative information, it would be most appreciated.
