Do we know the timing of the Moore complaimt vis a vis the PTSC complaint. Did Moore complain first and then only after reading his complaint did PTSC board become aware of the alleged nefarious practices by the management of Alliecense or did PTSC complain first and then awaken the sleeping bear from his hybernation??
