I don't get it, that both or all involved MMP-parties cannot move on with collecting money.

It's very simple, at leas as I see it --- Leckrone is smart but dishonest, and PTSC management has never been any kind of match for him. PTSC gave away the farm in certain aspects of the Master Agreement, and Ms. Felcyn either isn't much of a "forensic accountant" as she asserts, or she didn't adequately perform that function --- or, alternatively as to the latter, PTSC knowingly allowed Leckrone to rob everyone blind for the last several years. The MA prohibits anyone but Leckrone from pursuing MMP licensing, and litigation is required to provide the grounds for changing those terms --- thus, the current lawsuit between PTSC and TPL.
