It is certainly interesting that, according to this pleading, TPL filed a motion to stay the federal court action "in favor of arbitration". I haven't read the pleading myself, but if Moore's lawyers haven't already done so, I would be surprised if they don't mention that arbitration has already been attempted, but that TPL refused to pay its share of the costs of same --- failing to pay what is due certainly seems to be a pattern with Mr. Leckrone.
