My recollection, without going back to check and therefore welcoming correction, is that PTSC filed first. However, that is not important as I see it.

I could go into a lot more discussion about this, but if anyone (not directing this at you) views PTSC as a "hibernating bear", I would find such rather amazing. If such a "bear" was "sleeping" after the Sony deal, all the while watching Leckrone fly all over the world in his private jet and engage in many of the other antics that have been attributed to him, then IMO the bear was engaged in year-round, self-imposed narcolepsy. "Forensic accounting" is the opposite of turning a blind eye.
