If Barco is telling the truth, even with a full infringement case procedure, we will not win any 336 claims against them. Maybe we will suceed with our other patent infringement claims???

What definition of the terms is barco using.....(fixed)??? what is the court using.. you have no knowledge of the thier products ....no law experience.... "if they are telling the truth they will win"..... truth can hang on a single defination..... You post either really negative or flowing postive.... My trading activty I have sold NO shares from .08 cents up to 2.25 and back down.. I have sold NO shares... in facts I added a while ago @ about .12 cents...
