I agree, BArco makes no sense they are asking for summary judgement and an avoidance of claims contruction in a request that can not be validated without claims constructions.

We don't infring because we say we don't.

ridiculous ..... BARCO admits that they purchase and do not make these chips yet they claim that they know what is in them better than others who have purchased licenses or not used the same arguments against TPL..
